Medium Dry Roasted Diced/Chopped Almonds - 25 lbs

Here at Perfect Almond, we are confident that we have developed the absolute perfect roasted diced/chopped almonds for all your confectionary, frozen yogurt, and baking needs! The almonds that we use are hand-selected with certain varieties to ensure only the finest quality for you to enjoy. Our roast boasts a wonderful toasty aroma, as well as a distinguishable perfect flavor for your pallet. When using Perfect Almond, you can guarantee that you will receive only the best that the almond industry has to offer.

Upon pasteurization of the almonds, we choose to steam-pasteurize instead of PPO (polypropylene oxide). Steam does take longer and is a tad more expensive, but we want to keep our almonds as close to it's natural healthy state as possible. Also, when we're making this product, we dice/chop before we roast, which allows a more consistent roast throughout the almond pieces with maximum surface area coverage. There is absolutely no cutting corners when it comes to creating this perfect item! Same almonds, same process, every time.
